Giving the Bird: Bird Stories by Ashley Longshore

 A collection of whimsical birds accompanied by hilarious and imaginative descriptions of the bird’s unique personalities from the over-the-top mind of the famed artist.

Inspired by a fan-favorite series of posts on Ashley Longshore’s popular Instagram account, the artist’s own colorful (and sometimes inappropriate!) bird descriptions and maximalist paintings give each bird a hysterical personality and backstory.

Take Muffy, for example. What kind of bird does she look like? Muffy “lives in a nest above her neighborhood’s private tennis club. She studied abroad in London while in college and now calls her powder room the “loo” and refers to the movies as the “cinema” and she also calls her tennis shoes “trainers”...she has a mild lisp that gets much worse after her third glass of rosé...her stages of drunkenness are always the same: first she thinks she can sing, then she thinks she can dance and then she thinks she is invisible...during the stage of invisibility Muffy really lets it all out.”

• Returns will be accepted within 14 days of the purchase date stated on the original invoice for a refund to the original form of payment. Original shipping will not be included in the refund. Item must be postmarked by day 14. *ONLINE RETURN POLICY DIFFERS FROM INSTORE PURCHASES DUE TO SHIPPING TIME RESTRAINTS* Instore purchases must follow policy on printed receipt. No exceptions.
  
  
• Online purchases may be returned to the Broadway Boutique brick & mortar location in Stanley, WI with original invoice receipts within 14 days of date stated on said invoice.
  
  
• Online purchases may be returned through the mail using a carrier of YOUR choice to:

  Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges.
  Broadway Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages in any account. Once the package is received by USPS/UPS it is the customers responsibility to open an investigation with USPS/UPS with the tracking number. You may do so at your local office or by calling USPS 1 (800) 275-8777 or UPS 1 (800) 742-5877. We unfortunately are not able to open an investigation on the customers behalf.
  
  
• ALL CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. Discount codes of 20% OR MORE will be final sale and can not be returned back to us. Unless stated otherwise per advertisement.
  
  
• Any items that do not meet Broadway Boutiques return policy will require a re-shipping fee of $6.95. If we do not receive the re-shipping fee within 7 days, we will donate all items to charity at no refund.
  

• Shoes must be unworn, and placed in original, undamaged shoe box. Shoe boxes must be encased in another box for shipment. $5 deduction for box damage.
  
  

Orders can not be changed, modified, or canceled after check out.

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY begins on purchases made during Hunter's Widow Weekend & will be eligible for return until the upcoming mid January. Returns will be accepted on full price items with tags attached & gift receipt for store credit only. No exceptions.

Online purchases are processed within 2-3 business days of the order being placed online & shipped Monday thru Friday. Orders placed on the weekend will be processed the next business day. These times may take a longer during busier times of the year. Inventory is subject to change at anytime due to it being from our brick & mortar store front in Stanley, WI. If a style from your order becomes unavailable, you will receive a refund or contacted for replacement if using a promotion to meet its perimeters.
